Christmas has come early for children in Britains hospitals thanks to a mystery Santa .
More than £9million-worth of Christmas toys has been donated to children across the UK who will be forced to celebrate the festive period in hospital .
According to the Sun, several truckloads of goodies arrived last week at Birmingham Childrens Hospital and more will be delivered to hospitals nationwide over the next few days.
