FAQs Santa gets about his Letters
1. Did you receive my order / was payment successful?
Payment is confirmed as successful when you receive an email from PROTX - our secure payment partners. Once you receive this, this confirms your order was received and your letters from Santa are on their way.
2. Help - I got an error using the site!
We fully understand how frustrating this can be - you just can't get the elves these days! However, please contact us here staying where and when you got the error and under what names letters/certificates were ordered.
3. I think found a spelling error!
All letters sent by Santa are spelling error free. If any graphics of any letters appear to have spelling mistakes in them (sometimes the small font in the previews doesn't help), please rest assured that the letters you will receive have completely correct spelling.
4. Do you have a North Pole post mark?
Yes, letters do have a North Pole post mark. Please be aware there will also be a Royal Mail postmark on the item also.
5. Will the different letters I ordered be sent to the different addresses I specified?
Yes, they will. The destination of the child's letter from Santa is specified when you personalise the letter.
6. I made a mistake in my letter, can I change it?
If you made a mistake in your letter for any reason, please contact us here and specify your order reference number and the correction you require.
We strive to post all letters within 3-5 days of receipt of order. Please wait 10 working days before contacting us about an order. Sadly, our elves can't control Royal Mail!
To ensure you receive your letter from Santa in time for Christmas, orders will be taken up to 19th December. All letters received on this date will be sent by first class post on 20th December, to avoid disappointment.
